I had very good experience with the website and customer experience, however, the item I ordered did not fit.

I was concerned my dress wasn’t going to arrive on time. I wrote, got an immediate warm and personal response. We forget how good that feels. They made sure my dress arrived on time and all is good- and I love the dress!

I got two dresses at Clarendale recently in extra small — I am 5’3 and weigh 119 lbs. Both of them fit like a glove. The Marelle Linen look Maxi Slip in white is perfect for a professional setting with a slip underneath and for a more seductive nighttime look, you can wear it without a slip since it is a bit sheer. The Marellé Striped Wrap Waist Maxi Dress Sleeveless in beige is so flattering. Each time I wear it I get plenty of compliments!!

Update: TOTAL SCAM as instructed by the response that I received from Claredale in my first post (below) , I emailed them once again and referenced the Trustpilot review by sending them a screenshot. This was the response I received: “We understand your concerns regarding the item and your request for a full refund. We have forwarded the issue to our supplier for further review. According to the information provided by our supplier, the order was delivered successfully and all items included in the order were delivered. We have not received any confirmation of missing or damaged items from the delivery record. If you are still not satisfied with the item, we can assist you with returning the order to our warehouse. Once the return is received and inspected, we will proceed according to our return process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Warm regards, Megan Customer Service Specialist” ***************** My original post: I ordered the Faithtuck Shepherd 3D Fabric Poke Art kit for $34.99. It did not come with fabric squares as pictured/advertised, but rather with packs of very thin yarn/thread. It is missing a color (green) and other colors (maroon, cream and light brown) came instead as pink, white and dark brown. I supported this with photos and have been back and forth with customer service 3 times (each time a different rep responds). They are not honoring the free return shipping if an item is "faulty, damaged, or defective." They first offered a 20% refund, then 30%, 40% and 50% and I can keep the item. The item is useless to keep as I cannot complete the craft with the materials provided. And why is the refund a negotiation at all? They need to honor the full refund that they state if item is "faulty, damaged or defective."

My experience was great! I received a refund within a few days of my request. They were fast and efficient. they didn't make me jump through a bunch of hoops!

Shareware fits wonderfully holds in without being uncomfortable. Tight back opening but manageable and necessary for shaping. Very pleased with purchase. A bit on the high side and takes a little while to receive.

I purchased and received 2 beautiful gold rings that I gifted to my children and they love them 💖
