MALICIOUS AND ARROGANT!
I was really pleased with the service technically until I asked them for help with using their domains. Their customer service is short, sharp and dismissive with answers like "go read the instructions again" likely. They seem to regard customers queries as absolutely unwlecome and will punish you if you complain! After I complained about the customer service, they shut down my account without notice while I still had a server and over £25 in credit. Unbelievable behaviour!

"So, I now know my credit but you made me a server...WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR...until I knew what deal I could get. I'll put my requests in capitals so yo don't miss it! CAN I GET A 50% OFF DEAL? WHAT'S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SLOTS I CAN HAVE? Christ, you people truly don't listen!" That's you above. When you talk to us as if we are trash, we simply do not reply. When the service was shut down, it was clearly because you asked us to. When the admin told you to read instructions again is because you have to edit your own domain, not us. You led stating you were really pleased with our service. We appreciate that. What we don't appreciate is trolling us because you were not proactive in figuring out your own domain. Support is free at Clanwarz. When you open your next support ticket at Clanwarz, be nice and you'll find the staff will go the extra mile to help.

Not your typical hosting company
I have been a client of Clanwarz for a long time and no other company even comes close. Clanwarz has had downtimes and we have had disagreements from time to time but Jay and his wonderful staff have always gone beyond what most companies would to help make sure my teamspeak and game servers are running flawlessly. If I have an issue most tickets have been answered within half an hour if not faster and when there are problems Jay and his awesome staff usually explain whats going on and they work tirelessly to make sure it gets fixed as fast as possible. Clanwarz is a company that cares about their clients and they will do their best to make sure their clients are happy and satisfied!!!

Great service
Great service, rarely had problems with their teamspeak servers. If I did have a problem, they would fix it right away.
