Anniversaire des 10 ans de ma fille chez Claires Avignon : table ravissante, animatrices/vendeuses très souriantes et disponibles, très à l'écoute des filles. Les filles se sont beaucoup amusées et ont passé un super après-midi! Merci pour ce très bon moment qui sera un très bon et beau souvenir!

Commande non reçus. Impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone et aucune réponse par mail. Je n'ai jamais vue ça

The worst. I worked here for a while and it was degrading to the soul. Parents bring in little kids to get their ears pierced and we had to do it, even if the kid was screaming and crying. People would walk out of the store, put on their new jewelry, it would break, and they’d have to turn around and return it. And the regional manager was a joke. She gave me no support, no training or authorization to hire people, but somehow expected me to run a store. I got reprimanded for not coming in to cover someone else’s shift and told I would be fired if it happened again, I was reprimanded for not having the store organized the way she wanted it organized... but never told me how exactly that was... I reorganized it her way and sales dropped. I was reprimanded for discussing pay rates with other employees and told we would all be fired if we discussed pay ever again... yeah. They are horrible. Oh, and they were paying all of us really inconsistently...

Je suis absolument furieuse. Ma commande du 16 juillet n'est jamais arrivée. J'ai fait une réclamation et le service client me fait tourner en rond; Je viens de téléphoner, J'ai attendu 15 mn pour aboutir une boîte vocale. C'est scandaleux.

Ma fille a acheté pour 35 euros chez Claire’s. Voulant se faire rembourser les achats car à finalement changé d’avis trouvant cela très cher ( s’est laissé bêtement tentée par les 3+3 gratuits ), elle s’est vu essuyer un refus à la boutique , où est écrit : remboursement possible sous 28 jours , car la « patronne est en vacances » !!! La vendeuse m’a répondu , j’y peux rien j’ai pas le code. Et elle rentre quand votre patronne ? Dans 15 jours .... et le délai des 28 jours sera passé !

I 100% got totally ripped off, claires told me that I could get a buy 3 get 3 free deal, so I put up 3 things on the cash register, and then I put 3 more things for free, total came to 15 dollars for 3 things, but then I went up to 24, and I didn't understand why. How come I got scammed!
