Ne commander pas sur ce Site jamais de réponse de leur part ni appel ni mail commande marqué expédié mais qui n'arrive jamais et on ne pas consulter le suivi de colis.

I am a first time customer, and bought some lovely items for my Niece online. However, when the parcel arrived I realised that the unicorn charm was missing from the bracelet. I emailed customer services to see if they could help, but I have not heard back. The online returns policy is not great as it suggests you have to pay for return post. Plus no order form was included with my parcel. The bracelet was only a few pounds, but I don't want to be inconvenienced having to return a faulty item. I would like a replacement. Not a good first impression.

Site vraiment nul J'ai passé une commande j'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation, solde de la commande retiré sur mon compte et quand je vais pour voir mes commande on me dit que j'en est aucune en cours. À évité j'aurais dû je serait aller direct en magasin En tout cas j'attend toujours ma commande

Placed an order last week and never received it. Managed to get a refund. Placed the same order again and paid for express delivery and 2 days later still haven’t received it. Think Claire’s need to ditch Hermes and use someone else

Commande expédiée depuis le 8 octobre jamais reçu service client injoignable 34€ a la poubelle aucune nouvelle on et le 15 novembre ecoeuré

I have read some really bad reviews about Claire’s and I know it can be difficult to stay calm if you have waited for an item that you were really excited about and then it did not arrive. I think sometimes we forget that certain things are just out of the company’s control, and the staff are really trying their best in these situation, so maybe to be mad and shout at them is not the best way to communicate your feelings! Negativity breeds negativity after all. I am from Ireland and ordered products from Claires in early October 2021. My package did not arrive, I can only assume due to customs. I was in constant communication with Claires and they asked me to give it some time before we take it further. They did their best to trace the package when I said it still haven’t arrived by the 11th of November 2021. So it seemed that the package was lost and they immediately did a refund for me, minutes after our last communication. Thank you for your help and quick response Philomena! Although I did not receive my goodies, I still appreciate your assistance and quick response.
