Ask for VAT NUMBER FIRST if you want receipt
Love the sneakers and the brand. But i wont buy from you ever again. I asked for a receipt with my VAT number. During the purchase there is not space to put it in any blank. I was denied, because the purchase was already done. Shame on you. I buy a lot of things online, and no one ever told me that was impossible.
Response from CLAEJan 15, 2024
Dear Customer, We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we are unable to upload VAT numbers on invoices for BtoC orders. This feature is exclusively available for our BtoB accounts. Additionally, once an invoice has been sent, we are unable to modify it. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out.

I bought a pair of Ellington
I bought a pair of Ellington, same size as the other Ellignton pair I have, but this one is hurting and super uncomfortable. I've got some good tips from the Customer Service, but doesn't fix my problem. Still thinking how to solve it..
Response from CLAEJan 15, 2024
