The vegan leather is terrible to break…
The vegan leather is terrible to break in. The other version of leather of this shoe is so much better. I have purchased at least a dozen pairs of these but due to the regular leather in all white being sold out I bought the vegan pair. I can’t even wear them.

Misleading and rude
I will begin by saying I screwed up. What I didn’t expect was the worst, rudest customer service of all time. I wasn’t expecting Nordstrom quality or even Amazon but I have never been met with such awful/rude customer service in my life. Just go to Walmart. The people are nicer and more helpful and at least then you don’t feel awful about the money you spent. Confusing and misleading website which is honestly probably how they make their money to stay in business because honestly I don’t know how else they do.

Clae is a guarantee of quality and style. The materials are great and the products are simple yet durable. Style and design are also very distinctive. I have been a Clae fan for many years!

Thin leather
The website only allows you to make exchange/returns for store credit. CS does response fairly quickly but in the time it takes for them you respond and then go back in forth getting everything sorted out, I could have had the label and item on its way back to warehouse where it sits for 5-10 days before any exchange or refund it made. The shoes seem to be made of thin leather. Not sure a Vietnam made shoe it's worth $170
