Second pair of shoes bought from CLAE
This was the second pair of shoes I’ve bought from CLAE. Love them as much as the first pair. Customer service has been great, although admittedly I haven’t had to use them as the process has been seamless.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn
Having already had a pair of Clae Ellington sneakers for over 5 years I knew how good the brand is so purchased another pair in a different colour. Needless to say they fitted like a glove the first time I put them on. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived as well.

Bad experience
Shoe size was a lot bigger than expected. I’ve always been a 10.5 but the shoes from Clae made me look like a clown. I submitted a return request (and a follow up email) and I’ve still not heard from anyone at the company. Very unprofessional. It also states that the customer has to expense any returns which is unheard of. Unacceptable

La quasi perfection
Comme d’habitude, j’en suis à ma 5ème paire et toujours aussi ravi. Un petit coup de cœur pour la Joshua. Les cuirs sont toujours de grandes qualités, semelles inusables, confort au top! Peut être juste penser à faire des modèles légèrement plus colorés à l’avenir.

Perfect!
Great design, super comfortable and very solid. My last pair (Malone lite) is still in perfect condition after over a year of everyday use! Just got the Malone knit and I love them. I really recommend this brand.
