Hello, Thank you for your feedback on the Bradley Essential. We're happy to hear you love the design, but we’re sorry that the fit and comfort didn’t meet your expectations. The Bradley Essential is made with premium leather, which can feel stiff at first but will soften over time as it molds to your foot. We recommend wearing them gradually to help break them in. If the tongue feels too rigid, loosening the laces slightly may help reduce pressure on the top of your foot. Regarding the sizing difference, variations can occur between different editions of the same model due to material updates. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to assist you. Best regards, CLAE Customer Support
