I love my CLAE shoes—they’re everything I look for in footwear: stylish, minimal, and high-quality. I had a small issue with my order, but CLAE resolved it immediately, which really impressed me. Their customer service was responsive and professional. If you're in the market for a fashionable and unique pair of shoes, look no further than CLAE!

This is the second time I wear your shoes. The First where perfect. The second pair are a little to hard I almost connot wear them. I put whet newspaper in it, until now no result.
Response from CLAEMay 13, 2025
Thank you for your feedback Max, and we're really sorry to hear that your second pair isn’t as comfortable as the first. Some styles may take a little longer to break in, but we understand how frustrating that can be. Using wet newspaper can help slightly, but we also recommend wearing them indoors with thick socks for short periods to help soften the material gradually. If the discomfort continues, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team—we’d be happy to look into a solution for you. Thanks again for your trust in CLAE! - CLAE Team
