It was not clear on your website that the trainers I ordered were a mens size 6/40 as oppose to the UK size 6/39, which I have previously ordered via your website. I explained the issue and requested a replacement. You advised that I would have to cover the cost of a return (£15). I had hoped for a better more helpful response as a loyal returning customer.

Website, purchase and delivery all very good. Style of sneakers I received are narrower than previous pair I purchased. That should be noted somewhere or widths should be consistent.
