Since your new web site only allows anyone to process a maximun of 4 books at one time, I've had to take most of my business to your competitors, even though your prices could be better. I just don't have the time to see what prices you're paying at 4 books at a time. I've sold you several hundreds of books in the past and thought your company was GREATto deal with up until now. I think you went from the BEST book buyers to one of the worst overnight. I had hoped things would be even better with the new web site, but unfortunately they are NOT. I really don't understand why you would want to change to make it so extremely difficult for someone with a lot of books to sell since used books is your business??
