I have been a college student for a long time and always have trusted online book buyers for my buy-backs. This is the 1st time I had a quote reduction--my quote went from $70 down to $50. I take great care in turning in clean books. They cited "stains" and "water damage" as reasons to reduce my payment. There were no stains. i went through the book page by page! While I admit, there was slight crinkling & no discoloration to the pages due to some moisture--it in no way affected the product.. In short--they are WAY PICKIER than any other book buy-back program. I was really disappointed. A quote should remain true unless a book is abused--mine was not. In fairness, they processed payment and communicated in a reasonable time period.

I have no complaints. I was notified when they received my books and given a timeline for all 3 steps and everything was completed quickly and with no issue. Will definitely be using them again!

They promised me one price, then made a fraudulent condition & reduced the amount paid me. The cover of my textbook was not torn, not missing & not cut. I was paid about 2/3 promised amount.
