At first I was skeptical to sell back my books, but CKY has proven that the process to sell back books is fast and easy. They sent emails regarding the status of the book and also made the payment quickly after inspecting it. Will definitely do business with again!!!

I totally recommend using CNY to sell books. It took about 3 days from the time I mailed the books to the time I was notified a check has been mailed. They keep you updated on the progress of you shipment so you are not wondering what happened.. Best service ever!

searched on bookscouter and found CKY books with the best prices. created an order with CKY and shipped out the books. however 2 days later, I received a mail that all orders of a certain time-frame were cancelled, due to a system glitch. I was upset and mailed the Account Manager as the mail instructed. The response and follow-up was prompt. Turns out that only the orders that shipped after the cancellation mail were affected and mine was not. 5 stars for 2 reasons: - best price / value - system glitches are bound to happen but handling of the situation post the glitch was a pleasant surprise

My best & full review is best described using a complete copy of an email I sent earlier today to CKY Books. Please read: Hello Todd, My name is Jesus. I'm contacting you regarding my sale of books to CKY Books, which I'll get to in a bit. However, first I've been wanting to email you directly to congratulate you on the way that CKY Books has communicated with me through every step in the process of my (1st) book sale. I have to say I'm very impressed because such kind of communication is rarely seen in the business world today. I have always placed communication as a very important aspect in all kinds of relationships, be it business, personal, diplomatic, etc. In addition to receiving an email from CKY Books for every step of the process, it was also a fast transaction. There's really no better word to best describes this than: AWESOME! It really is! I'm sure you know that for the great majority of time people always seem to look for one (1) reason to complain, and they seem to only focus and/or look for the bad things, and as soon as they find one, regardless of how miniscule it is, they blow it out to exaggerated proportions. However, whenever something good occurs, nobody notices, & no one is given credit. So, you can do 100 great things & no one knows about any one (1) of them, but make one (1) mistake, let's say a minor one, by accident, and suddenly the entire world knows about it! I always wonder why humans behave like this, when we should focus on the positive and be conscious that people can make honest mistakes, after all we're human. Having said that, that's why I want to give credit where credit is due, so as far as I'm concerned CKY = AWESOMENESS. I also trust & hope that you will continue to keep up such great work, & communication process. Now, after such fantastic experience with my first book sale, I decided to sell more books to CKY, and that's when I processed sale order # 105485, on 8/29/2014. I immediately printed the packing slip, & the shipping label. I boxed the books, taped the box shut, & rushed out the door to my local FedEx & shipped out the box. After reading the email I received from CKY Books, see below, I was worried that my order would be rejected due to the unfortunate event that occurred to your automated offering system​. Fortunately, I shipped the books out on time, 8/29/2014, & while I was drafting this email, I received new emails from CKY Books confirming the arrival of the books, completion of the inspection process, & a final one stating that payment has been issued. Upfront, efficient, honest!

A mother at school told me about CKY Books to sell my kid's school books. She was very excited to share the information with me as she has had very good experience with the site. I was nervous about starting the process but it was very easy. Printed the address label, and mailed the books out. Just got an email telling me that 1. receipt of my books. 2: processing payment. and 3: payment sent. I am looking forward to end of year 2015.

The site was easy to use and all of my books were excepted for resale. I received my check in the mail after about 2-3 weeks.
