Got a quote, sent in my book, got paid. All in all it took a little over a week. They kept me updated when they received it, inspected it and issued payment.

This was my first time using CKY and let me tell you.. I WILL definitely use again... Shipped my books on Friday 1/2, they received on Tuesday 1/6, and they were processed and I was paid, my full quoted amount, on 1/7.... Great Service.. I would recommend anyone use these guys!!!

I had many books that were still sought after in the Market and CKY Books helped me by buying them from me! They provided great communication and fast payment once my shipment was received. Their instruction and information enabled me to be paid the same amount they quoted with no surprises or rejects. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Called Customer Service after receiving email stating my like new book was rejected due to torn binding. It left here in like new condition so I assumed the worst that I was being scammed. Looks like the USPS was the culprit. In the future will try to ship more than 1 book so I can utilize the Fedex and UPS option w/ insurance. Knowing I was upset and out the quoted money I was offered payment to review my Customer Service experience. He knew I was upset and went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer, Yay for CKY but Boo for the Postal Service.

I made a shipping mistake and CKYBooks worked with me back and forth over a week-long period so that it wasn't a big deal at all. Brilliant customer service and good price for the books. I couldn't be more pleased.

This was my first experience selling my books, so I was a little nervous. I did not have one problem. They accepted my books and sent me a check within a couple days for the exact quoted amount. I would recommend to anyone.
