I accidentally sent wrong books...books intended for another buyer. They actually paid me what other company quoted me, even though they really had only moderate (at best) interests in those particular books. I was floored by how far out of the way they went to help me out. A++++

Since I first began selling books in late 2009, when a number of vendors provide quotes in the same range, I know I can trust implicitly how CKY will process the books I ship and they have always been my first choice, even if their quote is slightly less. Having shipped countless orders over the years, the one problem I experienced with CKY proved to be a major computer glitch with a quoted price. They immediately responded to my inquiry honestly, settling the problem smoothly and quickly. My only complaint is that in the beginning they quoted on a greater volume of books, which made it easier to meet their minimum order requirement.

I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell books or other media. I had an issue that they quickly handled for me and in a way that went beyond what they had to. Trust this company!
