Misleading payment
They told me a certain price for a book and when I sent it in, they reduced the price and said they the book was torn and had missing pages. All which was not true new because the book was in very good condition.

Hi Tony. I am sorry that we had to adjust the price of your item, we try not to do that unless we have to. The item we received from you did not meet our condition guidelines. Your book has a partially detached/removed page. (I am attaching links to photos of your book) This does not meet our definition of a book in "GOOD USED CONDITION" CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE - All books/items must be in good used condition or better: The cover (including dust jacket, if applicable) and all pages must be present, intact and firmly attached to the binding. The book has no odors, stains, moisture damage, excessive markings or pages stuck together. This book can only be sold in "ACCEPTABLE CONDITION" https://www.ckybooks.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/400212207a.gif https://www.ckybooks.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/400212207b.gif

CKY Books is one of the few online book buyers that gives reasonable buy back offers. They are great to work with, have an established system to follow and are easy to use. love them!
