Overall, not a bad place to sell back your books. They are definitely more picky about the book condition, and have a slower turnaround time than other vendors I've used. I shipped off 3 boxes to 3 different vendors on the same day, and CKY were the last to pay me. They do give reasons for why they downgrade the prices, which is helpful. I don't think I'll be using them again. They don't offer the best prices, take longer than other vendors to process payment, and are a little too picky about the book condition. I resell a lot of books that I buy used, so they probably won't pass CKY's standards, even though other vendors will buy them back (at better prices).

I was glad to see they would accept two titles that no other company would. However, I was less excited when I saw their critiques of the items and the reduction in price that I was receiving back. One book I wasn't receiving anything for because of its "condition" - the same condition I purchased it in from another retailer four months prior for substantially more money than I was initially offered. I was given the option to pay for return shipping if I wanted the book back. Another book cited water damage, of which there was none. I probably wouldn't use them again unless I had no other options for buyback.

Great company to work with. I was a little hesitant at first since I had to send my buyback thru the post office but I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they received my books, notified me immediately, and payed me faster than some of the other companies. I will definitely use them again.

Overall I am very happy with my experience. Books were processed quickly anD payment received in a timely manner.

I had some books to sell and CKY Books made the process completely simple and smooth. My free shipping label made a pick-up by my postal carrier convenient and a funds deposit to my paypal account made the process really fast too.

It was an easy process, and they offered me the highest amount for my textbook that I could find online. They provided me with a free shipping label, and notified me via e-mail throughout the process of them receiving my package, reviewing my book, and then processing the payment to my account.
