Terrible communication - NO RETURNS
Terrible communication. Have been trying for a week to get a response about an exchange. Ended up purchasing replacement for faulty item elsewhere and still waiting for response on how to claim my return. Website has no phone number, and claims 24 hour response time. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. There’s no way to return an item without emailing them, and they do not reply. So frustrating, will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Ordered a Camp Chef Deluxe Oven and…
Ordered a Camp Chef Deluxe Oven and stove top. Arrived on time. Big heavy box. No damage Excellent Oven and Citywide had the best price. Works great after trying it out. Use a hose adapter for 20lb propane tanks instead of the 1lb tanks. Great for camping, Power outage, bug out kit. I would recommend Citywide. Thank you. 5 Stars Robert
