Communication is really bad, I’ve been trying to get in contact with citywideshop for the past 5 or 6 days sending emails every day and they haven’t had the courtesy of answering my emails about what happened to my order. I ask for a refund but nothing,it’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order.

I tried to cancel transaction and had no luck. I sent them an email five minutes after purchase and they never responded back. They processed the order and shipped very quickly, and the order was correct. They just did not follow THEIR cancelation policy.

The smoker i received was damaged i accepted it for a discount sent them pics of it i got the dents some what out of it and the smoker works fine but they have not held up the deal on there end.

I give you 2 stars because you overcharged me for the 2 heaters. You didn’t give me the BJs Club price which was cheaper, but you sent me the heaters that came from BJs. I should have been allowed to pay the $39.99 per heater price. You tricked me—I’m not happy about that!

Shipping was slow, bad communication with email it said processing for two days but money was withdrawn from my account. They literally purchased it from Sam's club and then send it to my house. They made 70 bucks for doing nothing do your shopping on Google first before going through third party sellers. I could have got a Sam's Club membership and my product with the money I spent...

Takes too long to get something from you

The online shopping experience was great and our item arrived quickly, however the air conditioner we ordered came dented and it is very hard to find a way to contact customer service on the website. I’m very disappointed in the condition of this item and I would like to be compensated somehow, but I have no way to let them know.

My grill showed up in a decent amount of time, but it has three pretty good size dents in it. Not sure if this is the companies fault or the shipping company. Could probably use better packaging.
