Expected to receive my patio set by now; takes too long to get my order

I sent you multiple messages through your contact page, including attempting to cancel the order some hours before you notified me that it was in the fulfillment phase (so you just sent it anyway - so I have to pay to return it if I don't want to keep it). And there were other relevant questions I asked but never got a reply - not even one - never - that's really bad folks. I am considering returning the $140 item now just because of the way I was disrespected - my time and effort were not recognized or responded to - arrogant and unconcerned with your customers needs it seems. What say you - I am so totally not expecting to get a reply from you!!! PS - when I got to CitiWide I was really impressed with your product offerings, and said so in my first contact, and planned to shop with you again, but not now, it seems!!!

On Sunday November 21 I ordered a speaker Edison Professional m-7500 and received it Tuesday November 23, it was a fast delivery i was happy that arrived early. I proceeded to open my speaker box, when I opened it was broken at the top side of the speaker handle. Then i check if there wasn’t other damaged, and it was fine except for the top part. Later i try the speaker sound quality and i ended up disappointing because it wasn’t loud with only the full volume, i had to increase the bass and treble of the speaker. I was expecting a very loud Speaker because the watts that this speaker has it should sound loud without using the additional tuning. One thing that i like is the variety and colorful led lights that this speaker has because it’s very attractive. I hope i can exchange it for a new speaker if not then I would like to get a refund.

Did not know that there was a different tracking number for each box. Only found this out when I called to find out where the 3rd box was. Need to let customers know about this.

There was no way to find out lead time. It was difficult to find an email to request. The website said you could only cancel an order during an initial period. It was still 2 days before I had any clue if it was a week or a year before delivery. Nobody responded to my email. I would only order from you again after exhausting ALL other options. In an Amazon world, we expect to know delivery before we order. Not 2 days later.

Update: Customer Service fixed the issue and got me the correct tracking number and item is on its way. Thank you for your help!! UPS said my package was shipped but it was sent to the wrong address. (Wrong tracking number was given) Can someone please send the item to the SHIPPING Address that was submitted with the order, not the billing address. No one is answering my 2 emails and there’s no number to call. Last time I will order from this site!!!
