Would choose it again.
I bought a 3-Day flexible pass to have access to 6 attractions and the hop-on hop-off bus. I'd bought it before and I knew what to expect (and I wasn't disappointed). In general the experience was quite good. The only 'negative' thing was having to go to the ticket counter to redeem our vouchers every time we wanted to enter anywhere. We didn't know it at first (we weren't informed at the visitor center) and it took us forever to figure out where we were supposed to go, or what we were supposed to do to be able to take the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The people on site (at the ferry - not City Sightseeing employees) weren't exactly helpful. But after that first confusing moment, the rest of our experience with City Sightseeing was great: the buses ran on time, they took us everywhere and the guides were good. Suggestion: they should save some paper and use some sort of cards. The way they give you the vouchers is quite inconvenient.
