Great customer support, fast delivery, shades look great.

Service was perfect from selection help to placing and receiving my order. Unfortunately part of my first set of blinds arrived damaged due to shipping but received a quick response and replacement.

I ordered roller shades which fit perfectly. Their customer service is very helpful and based here in the US. win win!

It was great! Personal service … I was on FaceTime with them as we measured and confirmed sizes! Good luck finding someone on Amazon to do that! Fixed a few smalll issues fast. Love this company! Blinds are great looking! Sounds like fake review but it isn’t!

I ordered 2 large roller shade blinds for the bedrooms. I wanted to see the quality before I ordered shades/blinds for the rest of our home. From my first interaction with CityShade for questions and the samples, to the delivering of my shades has been top notch. Questions were answered quickly and samples arrived in a couple of days. The shades are awesome and easy to put up! Very pleased with the quality of the shades but also the customer service! I will be ordering the rest of my shades through them feeling confident that I will receive great quality at a reasonable price with great customer service!

Great product for reasonable price… suggest calling to have someone help you with your purchase. Website descriptions could be better…. But the product is great!

Appreciate the simplicity and price of the honeycomb shades. As we were installing we realized we submitted the measurements for the window opening without accounting for the clearance needed to operate the shades for inside mount. We missed that detail when ordering. We removed the end protectors and it fits fine for the inside mount, but will unfortunately scratch the sides when raising and lowering the shades. We note that we have to be careful to handle the shades only by the handles (cordless) and not grab the shad material so as not to wrinkle them. We bought one set of shades to confirm we would like them. We like the product and will order more.

User friendly & Free Design Help! We had a great experience working with a CityShade designer who was invaluable in helping us navigate the site options and make the best plan to decorate our home! The ordering process was super streamlined/simple, products are priced for value and the valence we purchased is a great product! One thing we did that turned out to be a great decision was to order free samples of the different fabrics were considering - holding/seeing the fabric is different from looking at an online image! Unfortunately, after we had put in and paid for our order, we found out the fabric we chose had been discontinued. We ended up subbing out a new fabric WITHOUT a swatch and although we're happy with the end product, the fabric on the wall is different enough from the photo online that it's just not what we planned on. Doesn't mean we're not happy, but it was enough of a surprise to mention.
