Everything with this order went smoothly...from assistance with placing the order through on-time shipping and delivery. They did everything they said they would. The drapes are beautiful and made in the USA! I'm very pleased with my purchase from this company and would recommend them.

Instead if trying to make it right, I had to purchase the order again. Good business knows the customer is always right, but not thus place.

I ordered 6 blinds, all different sizes, 4 different styles. I love them all but by far my favorite are the zebra blinds. All the blinds were cut perfectly and fit nicely. They came on time. I would definitely order from you again.

Happy to hear that we were able to make the blinds exactly the way you want them.

The shade I received does not hang properly. It does not fully connect at the top rail and slants to the left when up or down in any position. It does not look good.

The follow-up shown after receiving my samples is important to me. Kay sent an email asking if i need further help with purchasing the perfect window treatment. I appreciated the email due to most companies don't care if you liked or disliked their samples and never send an email to see if there more they can do to accommodate your needs. Thank you.

Horrible mounting hardware and screws! Can't install them without a couple extra hours at the hardware store and wood shims if that will even work.
