CityShadeReviews of cityshadecompany.com

Made in the USA!!! You don't see that much anymore!! They awesome looking blinds. Zebra style, love them!! I'm getting a lot of compliments on them from neighbors and friends. If I could afford the motorized ones, I would have liked that even better but these are beautiful and so affordable when they have their sales. Look way better than the Hunter Douglas ones I cant even get cleaned.

The service and the quality is excellent!!!

Gil made ordering for a difficult space easy and, even though I thought he might give up on me, he never did. Guided me to a beautiful window. 3 more rooms to go …….totally satisfied with quality of blind material and manufacture. Hardest part is choosing the right color since I’m repainting my walls. Samples come quickly. Working from my phone and I have challenges with the website, Gil was immensely helpful with customizing my order.

I had several questions from ordering to measuring to installing and connecting the remote. All at City Shade I connected with were quick to respond and helped with all of my questions. The shades are great so far!

Blind fit perfectly and was easy to install

Your Company did a wonderful job. We are getting ready to build and will be using City Shade for all the window treatments. The quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know what to expect ordering via internet but was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work.

We have had several issues so far. Delayed shipment (waiting on fabric), one shade was 1/2 inch shorter than said measurement, we didn’t receive the wall mount remote (they sent later), we didn’t receive the chargers for motorized batteries (supposed to send later), but worst of all…. The INSTALLATION PROCESS. Absolute worst bracket design I have ever seen. What should have taken 30 minutes tops has been HOURS of frustration, and of course no one is available to help on weekend when people actually are typically installing. They may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money elsewhere.

The whole.experience was great. I was able to get the color, the size I want with a good price with good price. Easy to install as well. Great choice.
