I’m only able to give a review based on one week of use in my home. I had to travel out if state shortly after the installation of the shades. However, I was impressed by three things so far: how quickly the shades arrived, how well the shades were packed, and the quick and helpful response from a gentleman in customer service who returned my call promptly. He explained how to even out the head rail and bottom rail and stated that if necessary he would remake the order. I’ll let you know if I have any further issues. Overall, I’m very pleased and will order again soon for another room. Thank you !

Great customer service. They were able to provide us with alternative solutions to fabric that wasn't available at the time we ordered.

What made my experience great is that the company really cared about what I was trying to do and absolutely helped me get there. Our sheers look and feel lovely and perfectly fit our custom windows. I had a slight issue with one of the cellular blinds. The customer service rep I corresponded with had a very easy remedy for me to try and it worked! Great experience!

The roller blades and is sturdy and looks great! I was missing 2 screws to attach the cover on the cord safety device, so I emailed them, and right away they packaged and sent what I need to complete the installation. Very friendly!
