Horrible bike store they have no means to process your order in any rush....i currently have an open order they still have not shipped and it has been 4 business days...i should have listened to friends they said some of they're orders took 1-2 weeks to ship.

Dishonest Storefront - NOT Recommended
I recently purchased a bike on CityGrounds.com, only to find that they misrepresented the product and when caught - they had no interest in fairly resolving the issue. Here’s the short version - I bought a bike they listed as a ‘fixie’, but when my order arrived it was a freewheel single speed with no possibility of running as a fixed gear bike. I did not want a refund, I wanted what was advertised and what I paid for. Aside from offering me a used wheel from their warehouse, they had no intention of making this right. The Customer Service rep (which also happened to be the Operating Manager of the company) was not willing to do anything beyond sending out that used/refurbished wheel or to take the bike back for a refund - neither of which were acceptable solutions. I actually got my fastest response from them when I filed a review with the Better Business Bureau, and that response was only to say that *I* was somehow in error for thinking that ‘fixie’ meant fixed-gear. He tried to say that ‘fixie’ is a non-technical term and does not specifically mean “fixed gear bicycle”. Ha ha, I guess anyone can rely on “alternative facts” these days. Just to be sure, I verified my assumption about what the term meant - a quick check with wikipedia left no ambiguity. I called a couple of the local bike shops and the guy at the last one actually laughed out loud, then a gave a good natured reprimand for buying from some faceless storefront. Ha ha, point well taken, Sir!
In my experience, these people are shady right to the end. Here are a couple of suggestions that may help you avoid the problems I experienced:
First - be absolutely sure about what you’re ordering. I’d recommend fact-checking the CityGrounds.com listing against the manufacturer’s website. My experience showed a clear and deliberate misrepresentation on their part. Checking the manufacturers specs and questioning any discrepancies with them BEFORE making your purchase should help to mitigate this problem.
Second - if you do find a problem with your order, don’t expect any help from them in making it right. You may be able to get a refund, but you’re in for disappointment if you expect them to make good on their false advertising.
Finally - don’t expect any sort of apology if they do make an error. In his first message, he started with “Sorry to hear about your experience…”. Aside from that, he never apologized for the false listing, for rejecting all reasonable resolutions that I suggested or for failing to offer a fair solution in response.
You’d probably be better off to choose another retailer, but if you do decide to do business with CityGrounds - just do what you can to make sure that what they’re offering is actually something that exists in the real world and not just a false listing fabricated for their website.

The customer claims we falsely mis-represented a bicycle but this is untrue. The term "fixie" is a non-technical term and does not mean that a bicycle includes a fixed gear cog. However, we realized this may cause confusion and offered to provide a discounted wheel or a free refurbished wheel for any confusion that the product title might have caused. Since then, we have updated the product title to avoid any confusion with future customers. The customer had demanded a replacement wheel due to this issue. However, we do not stock a suitable replacement wheel for sale, which is why we offered the free refurbished wheel. Additionally, we offered the customer a full refund, including any original shipping costs, at no cost to him. The return shipping label was offered free of charge. We had attempted to resolve the issue as reasonably as possible and after the customer had expressed such solutions were unsatisfactory, we had offered to refund his purchase in full. Any of the aforementioned potential solutions remain available to the customer.
