I received a lot of pieces to a bike (technically I should have at least had the back wheel assembled with chain attached, but I did not get that). Additionally I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A MANUAL? Pedals do not fit in the bike. I don’t even know if I have all of pieces that I should need. I went to YouTube for assistance, and all of the other bikes shipped only required the front tire to be assembled. And customer service has only responded to my emails after a 7 day period.

Order the item 3/15 Received the item on 3/26 Then they delivered the wrong item. Really! Today is April 1 still no answer Still don’t have the right Frame. Do you have the the right item? I was supposed to order $1000 of items bmx parts. I’m from Long Beach- your in Huntington Beach. Wanted to help your business. Now! I ordered them at another Web site. Just wait for a Frame

I'm currently having an issue with them. I purchased an expensive bike for my son, on March 4th, the status of my order remains "unfulfilled", no tracking numbers or anything. I emailed them at least 4 times asking about the status, due to the site stating it takes 3-4 days to update the status, and it has been well over that time frame. I received an email with a bunch of stars "*******" nothing more. I have tried to call several times, it says no one is available to take my call. Has anyone else experienced these issues with them? I'm getting seriously frustrated with the lack of communication!!!!

Although all bikes do come assembled partially by manufacturer there is still a level of assembly required on customers end when choosing the DIY option. These guys TOTALLY screwed me. I bought a $530 orange bike for my daughter for Christmas. It came boxed up. I took it to my local bike store and they assembled it for $75. Only problem is, when the bike store brought it out, it wasn't an orange bike but a gray bike. City Grounds had sent me the wrong color bike! It was literally 5 days before Christmas, and I had no option. It was too late for them to send me the correct bike, get it built, etc. I was screwed. Fully. I called them and explained the awful situation they put me in and they said they would give me $45 back. Are you kidding me?!?! They said they'd discuss it with their team. They then got back to me with an offer of $75. Total. Fu*%#ng. Bulls&$t. I literally did not get the bike I wanted at all, and I had no recourse whatsoever. It is in instances like these when a retailer (which I was for many years myself) can truly create raving fans for their business by doing the right thing and, dare I say, exceed customer expectations. They should have refunded my like half the cost of the bike if not more. They didn't. I would NEVER recommend this company to you. They completely screwed up the order and made it worse with the wrong response to the error.

Terrible customer service. Frame arrived damaged and their response was "take it up with the manufacturer." Would never buy from them again.
