My bike arrived with damage and when I contacted city grounds they said all they could do was forward the complaint to the manufacturer for a warranty claim and that it could take weeks for resolution

Unfortunately I purchased a rear rack that was missing pieces and unusable, and I could not return it because it was a sale item. I had to throw it away:( The basket that I purchased is really nice though

Bike had a couple poorly machined parts, had to replace upon initial build. They sent me an email after I left one review, responded, never heard back.

I spent $759 total only to have the front fork installed backwards and the front brake line not secured to the clip on the fork. I was not happy having bought my daughter this bike.

Bikes are nice but the customer service is a 1 star. You ask questions and they don’t answer you back. What kind of customer service is that?

I never got my refund for the package I did not receive

After looking through the dumpster and going to Home Depot. I hope to have my bike set up. Contacting them is terrible. Don’t order from here if you expect to have everything to build your bicycle . I would have much rather bought something on Facebook marketplace. Missing 3 out of 4 nuts to lock in the wheels each one is worth 5$. No instructions and wrongs size Allen key.
