Nice bike easy to put together but the bearings had little to no grease. So my 12 year old buddy who I bought for took our time and repacked every bearing which was a good thing because he learned something new and he really enjoys working. Sounds much better.

Came in a week, easy to assemble with all the required tools. Very satisfied with my purchase

A big thank you to City Grounds! Not only did City Grounds have the Marin model I needed when I couldn't find it anywhere else, they shipped it to me all the way across the county in super speedy time! Also, they have a great website! You can easily find and see what they have in stock. Not many other bicycle sellers can claim such.

The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
