City GroundsReviews of citygrounds.com

Great bikes but the boxes was damage...thank you.

I received my bike before the time expected and city grounds Custmer service was 5 stars. They helped me with all my needs. I highly recommend!

Bike was delivered quickly in excellent condition. Another great transaction with CG!

Fast order and delivery. Communication was great.

I had great customer service from City Grounds after I made my purchase online. I had to make a change on my order from delivery to pick up and the rep was very helpful. The bike was assembled perfectly and the assembly was included with the purchase price. I look forward to my next purchase at City Grounds.

Easy ordering, ultra fast shipping-at the height of the holiday season!

Great purchase.

City Grounds has been fantastic to deal with. Before ordering my new bicycle, I contacted them, and all my questions were answered immediately. When I placed the order the bike was out the door and in my hands in Washington DC in no time. Since my original purchase, I have ordered through their website three more times and everything always shows up on time and in perfect condition.
