Thank you for sharing your feedback! Unfortunately, not all manufacturers include assembly instructions, as it is recommended to take it to a local bike shop for professional assembly.

City Grounds has a solid selection of bikes and accessories. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. Prices are fair too, though some items could be a tad cheaper. Overall, a great spot for cyclists!

City grounds was spot on as far as price and shipping with the quickness. That said, UPS was terrible and at the end of the ordeal I had to pick up my own package. In addition, who ever installed the bottom bracket on the bike did so poorly and unevenly leaving me with a siezed crank. Luckily I had a new 19mm mid bearing set laying around and fixed it myself. Thats an extra 20 bucks. Haro/CG ?

Very nice BMX they have but after buying a lot of spam, please remove your spam and I will give 5 stars

Quality products delivered on time and work as expected. I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 stars only because a price in a particular product (chainring) is not accurate as advertised and unable to use my 20% CG membership discount.

Loved the bike I got but there was some scratches on frame and already had it put together at the bike shop.

Hi Karen, We are terribly sad to hear about the condition your bike arrived in. Please contact us at [email protected] & give us the chance to make this up to you.

pros: support team worked with me to resend my bike when delivery failed, easy to use site, fast delivery cons: really hard to get in touch with support (only by email and took a few days to hear back), I was not warned about delivery failure and could have EASILY avoided the situation if I had known. PLEASE make it clear to other customers so they can be prepared for delivery
