I ordered a SE number plate and it came fast but it was scratched up on the front and is very noticeable. I was disappointed because I noticed it as soon as I opened the package so my first thought was why didn’t the shipper see it. The box was in tact and had no damage.

The prices were decent, nothing special. What bothered me most was that two different debit cards were declined when I was checking out. Both cards work with Amazon and many other websites, I’ve never had any problems with either of them before. I ended up needing to pay through PayPal because nothing else worked. I’d fix whatever needs to be fixed to prevent that from happening with other costumers in the future.

Looked for a bike for days on line bought one on Amazon, found it for a way better price on city grounds, cancelled my order on Amazon ordered from city grounds three days later they contacted me and said they over sold. All BS can't beat amazon. City grounds is a California based Chinese company, never again beware my friend. Waste of my time

This is the short version. Ordered a bike several weeks ago. Should’ve been delivered to a local mechanic in the state where I reside for assembly and delivery to my home. Instead the mechanic rejected the delivery and the bike was shipped back to California. It took three emails and two thirty minute phone calls (waiting) before I spoke with a representative. Only options I received were to have the bike resent to the mechanic and wait another several weeks for assembly and delivery, receive a refund, or put the bike together myself. The young lady that I spoke with couldn’t care less if I got the bike or not. This was evident if both her tone and eagerness to get me off the call. Requested a phone call from the supervisor Eric. Still haven’t received any correspondence. I guess I will will need to get in contact with Paul Ku (owner).
