Stores set up upsell not customer convenience
They are building a city furniture five minutes from where we live but we decided to go see what type of furniture the store has ..it is huge to begin with and they have dining room tables with bedroom sets and couch and loveseat all mixed together there is no easy way to shop in the store somebody made a huge mistake in the layout so if you want to look at dining room tables be prepared to walk for miles because they are from one end to the other, no thought of the customers is in the layout of the store. If you walk in and say I want to look at a loveseat and couch they can’t point you in the direction because they’re everywhere. Horrible shopping experience especially in a wheelchair we will not be visiting the one five minutes from our home.
