Ordered whole house of furniture. Everything arrived damaged. No answer when we call. Think we got scammed for $10k. Don’t shop here. Update: 9/30 City Furniture attempted to deliver more defective items, which were rejected. The delivery man then insulted me and said, “This is what you get when you don’t buy leather”. Still waiting for City Furniture to call back, after calling four times yesterday. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Desde el mes de abril realicé una compra de un juego de comedor y un juego de sala, recibí el juego de comedor por partes en diferentes fechas, el juego de sala también fue recibido en pedazos y aún me falta la mesa de centro hoy llame a atención al cliente y me dijeron que hasta noviembre no pueden enviar la mesa porque no lo tienen en el almacén, yo quisiera saber se City furniture me pudiera vender un mueble SIN DINERO porque hasta nuevo aviso no lo tengo, son una falta de respeto al cliente, JAMÁS, volveré a comprar nada ahí, NO LO RECOMIENDO, son unos informales, les di 1 estrella porque no permite dejarlos sin calificación. Pésimo atención al cliente. Venden productos que no tienen.

Terrible company. Purchased 3 pieces in store close to sawgrass Florida. Had them delivered to Georgia. They took the money, deliverd damaged one piece but not cover damage because it went out of state. Absolutely scandalous. Tried to get it resolved over 3 days of calls and texts only to be told it's not their concern. Do not buy from city

I’m writing this review for City Furniture and Ashley furniture this would have to be the worst company to do business with I purchased a bedroom set a year ago it came piece by piece seven deliveries in total the first delivery they brought most of the pieces they were all chipped and smudged the dresser had a big hole in the bottom of the dresser from where they put the dolly in it I guess or whatever I told him to take it back the second delivery was supposed to have the replacement dresser in a night table the leg was broken off the dresser so I only got the night table the third delivery What is the chess it came with black smudges all over it so I had to clean that piece of furniture the fourth delivery was the second night table and the dresser but the dresser was to a whole different bedroom set so they had to take that back then the headboard and the footboard We’re on back order they delivered the runningboards and the support for the bed on the first delivery they delivered the support without the doll support for the mattress the piece that goes underneath the frame to support the mattress the first delivery was the headboard and the footboard they go to put it together and that’s when we discover that the Dow the support for the bed was not there now they set up a technician to come out to fabricate the Dow The technician comes to my house and gives me a window between one and three he showed up at 12:30 arguing with my 84-year-old parents and left the house the second technician comes out because I don’t want him to come back to my house and I told customer service I can’t get out of work until 230 to schedule it for 230 because I’ve already lost money taking days off So much for that premium delivery that I paid $250 for so the second one calls me up and tells me he’ll be here between 930 and one which we know I can’t be here so now I think I’m gonna look on Amazon for the support that goes I need my bed that being said the drawer to the footboard the storage door is broken he supposed to fix active but I’m gonna go on Amazon to at least find a support and do it myself at this point they gave me no credit for the $250 premium delivery and I really feel like I was entitled to that $500 insurance in case anything happens to the furniture I should be entitled to that back to my pay for all the days I had to takeoff when you call customer service they tell you to talk to your sales rep why should I talk to my sales rep your customer service I called corporate that me and said this is the worst company I have ever done business with in my life and I would never purchase anything from them again ever I’m writing this review so someone out there who checks the reviews on a company before they spend X amount of dollars of their hard earned money and to have to go through this hassle I don’t want anybody else to ever have to Indore that so my review for this company is they should be shut down seriously I am posting this everywhere and I’m also going to better business bureau do not do business with this company you will not be satisfied

On August 14 2021. I decided to purchased with City Furniture a dinning table super excited because Christmas was coming and I was going to have all my family together to have our dinner. Once I received the dinning table on September 2nd 2021, I made I claim because the table had damages on two of the corners and the wood was all cracked. After the claim was made I received on October 2021 the exchange for the “New” dining table and when it was opened the table had the corners and the feet of the table once again with bumps and damages as-well with the glass that came with yellow stains all over. I had called for a 2nd time to make the complain and to received a new piece. City furniture first solution was to send me a special painter that they have that would paint the table were it was damaged to make it look as new. The piece worth was $2,417.80. Please explain to me how can they even suggest that to a client that has purchased a “Brand New Item” for that amount and has had 2 first bad experiences. After the claim was made they said I was going to receive a new dinning table by February 18th 2022. After that they moved it to June 25th and now they are extending the date for September 2022. It has been almost a year without a dining table that has already been paid for. I’ve been calling city furniture for help because they are offering me a limited and a specific time and date for me to pick a new piece. But nothing will guarantee quality and responsibility in time delivery. So I told them I would like them to please instead of giving me a time frame for me to pick a different item that I don’t want or need to give me the credit unlimited time for when I decided to use it. I spoke to Christian and Elizabeth supervisors on July 11th at 9:25am and their reply was that they can’t do nothing for me but to extend my exchange for July 22nd and I asked to speak to someone with a superior position that could help me. Elizabeth said she was going to send an email to all managers- supervisors and who ever wanted to help was going to call me back in 48 hours. Till today July 21st 2022 I didn’t received any phone call back from City Furniture team. I decided to call AT 2:49PM and spoke to Isabel who just asked me the case number was, I gave it to her and she just decided to transfer the call to Geraldine, mentioning she was part of the Escalation Team in City Furniture and that she has spoken to Christine (who I don’t know who she is) and that they can’t do anything for me. At this point I want MY REFUND BACK. Her response was their policy doesn’t allow refund. I asked one more time to speak to someone with a higher position and spoke to Milton claiming he was part of the Management Team with the worst attitude ever. Just replying back there is nothing we can do you can’t get money back you can only exchange and you only have till July 29th. This has been the most uncomfortable and worst experience ever. City furniture does not have any type customer service respect for their clients. Having a bad attitude with no solution to a client that has already paid a dinning table never received. And not only that applying policy to clients offering no refund and limited time. But not focusing on their policy with employees of how to treat a client or worst then that making sure what they deliver is in right and perfect conditions. I Need My Money back!. Never ever shopping with them again. Worst Company Ever!!.

This is the most disorganized and disappointing experience I have had with a furniture company. They were late in the delivery and didn’t have all of my items. I then had to schedule another delivery, I don’t live at the address so I had to make a special trip from NY to Florida to receive the delivery. I was on hold for over 75 minutes, the associates tried to help but couldn’t reach anyone to escalate the situation it was just a mess. I will never buy from there again!!!! Horrible

Well! I haven't made any order of any kinds. However, I can tell from what I experienced this morning. Today July 11th, 2022, exactly at 9:20 Am. I was almost hit by the CITY FURNITURE TRUCK right in front of KEYS FOOD SUPERMARKET at Winter Garden. I was entered with little steps because of my knee's issues from the past. The driver saw me because he was stopped in front of the store talking with a lady. Then, in purpose drove to almost hit me. Yes, he was laughing with his partner sit next to him. Let me ask; Is that discrimination of color? or playing around with someone's life? or just careless? Whatever it is, respect everyone no matter what. Every life counts. Please consider, no matter whatever positions you guys worked at CITY FURNITURE you represent the company.
