Horrible company run from them. They have no such customer service; the only customer service they have is to charge you and run with your money. Not worried about customer satisfaction whatsoever. The only happy day you will have is the day you make that purchase with a well mannered sales person that will tell you what you want hear. God forbid that your furniture is damaged, they will want to repair it only and give you a $ 25 dollar certificate on your next purchase. I don't want to make another purchase Im regrating this nightmare!!! I want to run away from them...This is an insult, this is criminal how they practice. There is no consequences for this company. I have a wooden slat that is broken (maybe worth $2.00) they made me drive 40 miles each way to their warehouse not to have the piece of slat. Instead they want to send a repairman that is certified to make slat at my home and wait for them in a 3 hour window to fit their schedule not mine. These slats look like the paint stirring sticks they give you at Home Depot paint dept. Oh Yes! Of course, the bed was made in China. Worthless

Worst company for customer service. I purchased 2 sets of furniture in a 3 month time. Both sets when delivered had an item broke. They never call when they say they are goi g to to send out a service tech. First set had to be replaced due the the damage. 2nd set has taken 2.5 months to get a technician out. After the visit we were supposed to get a call within 48 hours to order parts. 1 week later I called. It will take 3 months to get a power switch. I asked to have just that set replaced and was told they can only repair the item since it’s a “warranty repair”. Poorly made furniture and worse customer service. Stay away!

CITY FURNITURE REFUNDED IN FULL!! City Furniture sent the wrong pillow. The driver refused to accept it when I wanted to hand it back to him. Brought it to the store the next day and they said no problem. I would be refunded with no fees. My credit card was credited for 32. 50 instead of 74.85. You cannot call them, no one picks up in the store. They just sell.

I purchased a fabric sofa in 7/2020. I also purchased the 3 year stain removal warranty for $130.00 and there was stain kit I was supposed to receive at the time of purchase that went along with the warranty. The stain kit was out of stick and I was told that would be sent to me. It never was. Shocking. I had a party a week ago, and noticed a stain on the sofa. I have no idea what it is or how it got there, so after digging to find my 2.5 year receipt out, I call. The stain removal isn't covered due to me waiting TOO LONG to call and because I don't know what the stain is. So I wasted $130 on a warranty that doesn't cover what it's supposed to. This company is a joke. I don't expect a company of this size to care or even acknowledge this considering the amount of bad reviews I see. Quite frankly I'm not surprised, I should've know better going in, but I won't be back to buy anything else there thats for sure.

9 month waiting for a back order. They keep me waiting for 9 months and today the call me they can send it next week but due I’m not in Míami for vacations abroad they said can’t schedule for a future date when I’ll be back in Florida. This is the worst customer service ever. Don’t buy from City Furniture!!

Worst company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT do business with them. The short version of the story: I purchased over 20K in furniture. I had a $300 ottoman that the salesperson ordered which was not what I wanted after explaining what I wanted and needed. All I requested was to give me credit for an item that was not what I wanted, and she had miss understood. Customer service will not allow for the credit only cares about the fact that I signed a paper stating there is no return policy. Worst company ever

BIG LOSS - Beware of refund policy and restocking fee. Email to salesman Mousa: Thank you for returning my call. Unfortunately, my mother is very disappointed in her experience and treatment with City Furniture. You explained that because this couch set was a 'special order' there are no refunds. In addition, you explained that there is a restocking fee of $419 (30%). And more so, you said City Furniture is charging her $100 to come remove the love set from her living room and the sofa from her garage. So in addition to being displeased with the couch set...now my mother is out $519 and she has NO Furniture. My mother is elderly and has no couches during the holiday season. This is a sad state of affairs that leaves me wondering why you did not sell the set that was available on the sales floor?? Why was her ordered classified as a 'special order'? I stopped to see the new store in Plant City today. As soon as I walk in a salesman latched onto me. I told him I was only looking. He then proceeded to follow me, which I found very aggressive and unprofessional. Once I got to the back of the store he approached and started his sales pitch again. You’re a new company in this area and as a prospective new first time customer you gave a very poor first impression. If your associates are pressured into being this aggressive to drive your sales, I doubt you will endure yourself to a loyal customer base in this area using this technique. DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER OVER YOUR SALES TECHNIQUES!!! I’ll never shop in one of your locations again!!!
