Citizen shipper can connect you with lots of people wanting to charge you some crazy amounts to transport your pets. However the reliability of the people that make the offers leaves you with way too much homework to do to check if they are legitimate. Got hit by a scammer and even asked them to verify they were legitimate and citizenshipper backed them up. Not going this route ever again.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial and cancelled my account which I took a screenshot of and got an email confirmation and they still charged my account. Doesn't surprise me. I signed up as a licensed transport company and they have very few loads hence little relevant business on the site. Beware and do not sign up for their trial. They will attempt to charge you even if you cancel.

Site is very easy to use. They screen anyone that will bid on a request. I was looking to have my boat shipped about 500 miles. Once I set everything up I had many quotes/bids within an hour. The driver I chose (Ruslan Hernandez) was outstanding. Fair pricing and great communication through the whole process. Highly recommend.

We used 4KORNERZ when we adopted our new rescue pup . They traveled across the country. They were super super AMAZING. JANNAE and CHANCE a young couple under their transport name of 4KORNERZ not only transported our dog, but stayed for a while to adjust the dog with us. They went above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing service. Their rates were super reasonable and their services and care were extraordinary

In June, I hired Pet Tasker through CitizenShipper to ship my 2 cats and dog. The driver, Shawn, promised me a large minivan, a private ride, a large crate for my cats, a separate litter box, regular photos of the cats, access to food and water, stopovers in a hotel to let the animals stretch. Instead, he sent his son, citing marital problems prevented him from being there himself, and 2.5 days later the cats arrived covered in urine and feces, shivering and crying. They had been driven a small car, no hotel stop, confined to the small crate without being allowed out even once, clearly no room to properly use a litter box/access food and water, no photos of the cats, a large lab in the back seat, and the owner’s son’s own dog in the front seat. One cat died a couple of days later. Even the son was shocked when he saw the state of the cats, he had not checked on them for 2.5 days and had no idea how badly they were soiled. The mat they were on was dripping in urine. I have tried over and over to work with Michael in customer support to fairly address my concerns. It has been an appalling experience trying to work with him. He will not let me talk to anyone else there, you can’t talk to a supervisor, you can’t talk to anyone by phone, everything is done through email. I asked them to investigate, all they did was not allow the son to drive again, no consequences shared with me for Shawn, the driver with whom I had the contract. They state I cannot prove my cat died from the transport. My cat left my care his usual little self, he was treated so poorly during the transport, he was dead a couple of days later. Even though I cannot ‘prove’ causality, I have ample proof of a breached contract, and texts from Shawn and his son stating shock and regret for the way the cats were treated. And they are allowing Shawn to continue to drive with CitizenShipper. I even have a written apology from Shawn saying he knows things would have been different had he driven himself, and CitizenShipper continues to let him drive for them. More, CitizenShipper refuses to let me leave a review on their website, taking it down every time I post it, stating I am violating their policy, yet they will not tell me which aspect of their policy prevents me from posting a review. You would imagine they would allow a past customer alert prospective customers as to the risks of hiring a particular driver. This has been a shocking experience knowing how my cat was treated the last days of his life. Beware of using this company, in my case they are completely walking away from any responsibility to me, my cat, and risking further harm to animals by not giving prospective customers honest reviews of individual drivers.

Follow up with this scam.. Driver still has not returned my deposit after Citizens said they spoke with driver and said he would return soon. That was in August.... They take no responsibility of who they hire.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I would recommend citizen shipper to all as the experience was easy and straight forward. I found a great, reliable person to transport my boat from Massachusetts to Florida with no troubles at a great price!

I was ripped off of 450.00 from a criminal transportation partner. This company promises service providers that are reputable, background checked and honest. I entered into an agreement with a driver that they highly recommended, had 50 trips and 5 stars, and he ghosted me and kept my 450.00 deposit. When contacted, Citizenshipper took no responsibility and said I was on my own. Be very careful who you select because the company will not stand behind you!
