CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

My 6-month puppy was reliably and safely transported from New Haven to Philadelphia by Bill. The use of CitizenShipper's platform to communicate with multiple different drivers was seamless and easy. I received quotes within minutes and was able to learn more about their experience through the various reviews on their profile. Based on pricing, availability, and experience, we decided on Bill of Bill's VIP Pet Transport who was great to work with. He responded promptly to all messages and gave updates throughout the car ride with my puppy. Bill was very reliable, arrived early to pick up and deliver my puppy, and was very friendly! His van was big, clean, and safe for my puppy to ride in for 5 hours! I felt very at peace that my puppy was in safe hands. I would highly recommend hiring Bill for your pet transportation needs and recommend CitizenShipper in general!

Wonderful caring folks that did everything they said and the went above that!

I recently had the pleasure of using Destinee's services to transport my two beloved chocolate labs, Simba and Timon, from Nevada to Florida, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first interaction, it was clear that Destinee is not only professional but also genuinely cares for the well-being of the pets she transports. During the journey, it was evident that Simba and Timon were treated like family. Destinee went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness, providing them with plenty of love and attention. She even took the time to update me with photos and messages along the way, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to see how much fun they were having on their adventure. The trip itself was smooth and stress-free for both the dogs and me. Destinee's meticulous planning and attention to detail made all the difference. When Simba and Timon arrived in Florida, they were not only safe and sound but also happy and content, which speaks volumes about the care they received during the journey. Thank you, Destinee, for making this experience so wonderful! Your dedication and kindness have not gone unnoticed, and I will certainly recommend your services to anyone in need of pet transportation. You are truly a gem in the pet care industry!

Fantastic service.

This service made finding a pet transport so easy. We received a string of quotes wishing minutes of submitting our route. The profiles and reviews were very helpful in understanding the experience, insurance, background checks etc. it was easy to connect with potential transporters to talk about anything specific and answer questions up front. Since CitizenShipper has a separate fee nearly all transported called this out to us, which was nice, but also should be a bit more clear.

Very good experience, I am super happy to have requested the transfer of my puppy through citizenshipper. Will use again
