Easy to find multiple bids for our job.

outstanding job transporting my dog. They handled my pet with care, making sure the journey was smooth and stress-free. The delivery was timely, and their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, would use again.

CitizenShipper came through for me at the last minute, providing a seamless and professional experience when I needed it most. The process was efficient, the communication was excellent, and the delivery exceeded my expectations.

I was recently in a tough position. I had transport scheduled for my dog and the lady cancelled on me 3 days before him and I were supposed to leave. I was panicking and found CitizenShipper online through a google search. I am a very protective dog mom so I am skeptical to use sites I’m unsure of. CitizenShipper matched me with an amazing driver and the entire process was so smooth from start to finish! I am so pleased with my overall experience.

My son is stationed in CA and we live in NC. He had to go on deployment with short notice. We needed to get his “baby” to NC quickly and MK Transport was quick to response with reasonable price, great reviews, and quick transport even though it was around Thanksgiving. This remarkable team worked with me to schedule transportation even though they were just leaving the East coast for another transfer. They willingly drove back to the West coast to pick him up and traveled right back to the East Coast. We received Bambi the evening before Thanksgiving! They were very professional and friendly. They answered all questions and kept in contact with me throughout the transport. They sent pictures daily when they stopped for a break and little play time! I would choose this company again and again! They really care about what they do, the animals, and their clients! My sincere gratitude for all their help! You will not regret transporting your animal with them!

Our transporter Mary with Lonestar Pet Paradise was great with communication and letting us know where our new Christmas puppy was on her way. She made excellent time and our puppy arrived safe and healthy. I would recommend and use this company again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Amazing customer service. We were very nervous to go this route versus flying our pet but when we couldn’t get an airline that would accept his crate size we chose this and I’m so glad we did. I love the frequent updates & videos. Any concerns that he had he let us know immediately and delivered our pet very quickly!

We needed a dog transported from Washington state to Massachusetts and was able to secure the transport. Every inch of the way we were in contact and got regular check ins. About 3/4 of the way there the driver had a personal emergency and needed to get home as soon as she could…. She delivered the dog safely and on time even with all she had going on at home. Thank you for a safe and reliable delivery!
