CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

CitizenShipper was an incredible resource that helped me find a reliable transportation company to bring my recently deceased brother’s beloved dog, Kiya, home to Chicago from Texas. The process was seamless. As soon as I submitted my request, I began receiving quotes almost instantly. I could review each company’s profile, check their credentials, and verify details like insurance and background checks. This transparency gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. I was grieving and overwhelmed, but CitizenShipper made it possible to get Kiya home before Christmas. I submitted my request at 9 PM on Saturday, 12/21. By 9 PM on Sunday, 12/22, I had accepted a quote, and Kiya was on her way. She was delivered to us on Wednesday, 12/24—an early Christmas gift that brought so much comfort to our family. Thank you, CitizenShipper, for making this process so simple and efficient during such a tough time. I highly recommend this app to anyone in need of pet transport services.

Great experience! I was matched up quickly with various shippers and found one that could do it same day at a great price!!

Good communication, timely updates, very professional

On time friendly stayed in contact

CitizenShipper made the process of getting our new malamute (Wolfgang) so so easy. We got him home to the kids as a wonderful Christmas surprise Christmas present and they helped us make memories that will last a lifetime. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more. I original was planning on trying to drive from SouthEast TN to St. Louise MI in one very long day. It would easily have been over 18 hours driving. I was also going to try this on December 23rd to get the puppy in the area ready for a surprise for Christmas. I however, thankfully, found Citizen Shipper! They had a driver making that trip that very day already. He lived 40m from me and was coming home from Christmas. It just made too much sense and I would have paid more in gas (not to mention time) if I tried it myself. Lastly, the profiles and reviews for the drivers help give peace of mind. And the fact that the drivers bid for your job makes it even better. Competition truly brings greatness. This website rocks. Use it, you won’t be disappointed.

This service is fantastic. If you need something (Or a furry someone) shipped/transported fast, affordably, and safely, CitizenShipper is a perfect service to use. They offer bids quite literally instantly from top rated transporters, and you don't need to contact people individually for quotes, they come to you. It saves time, gives you options, and you're provided with top rated companies that have proven records of consistent success. Highly recommend.
