I loved the opportunity to use citizenshipper, but the problems I faced with the online mobile experience made my life just a little harder. Trying to communicate with my shipper was difficult sometimes, and in general there are web site bugs. That being said, my shipment arrived early and everything was wonderful. Our driver was a kind man. It's such a great concept and I look forward to using again, I just hope the web experience is more flowing, or there is an app.

In looking for someone to transport my dog Citizenshipper was much easier to use than Uship. It was also very easy to find someone to transport him very inexpensive compared to professional pet transport services. And even customers on Uship asked too much for me. So I would recommend citizenshipper to anyone.

Found this site by referral from a friend and it has been so easy to navigate! Very helpful when I was in a bind, I got multiple bids and was rest assured they were background checked. Got a chance to meet some great drivers and had my friend's pet safely transported home to her :) I will definitely be recommending citizen shipper to anyone who might need the service! Thank you

I had an issue with the first transporter I chose. When I contacted Citizen, I was pleasantly surprised that the associate was aware of the situation and assured me that they would do everything possible to rectify the issue. Perhaps next time I will call Citizen and verify the vendor before contracting for transport. We have since re-contracted with another transporter through Citizen and everything has gone off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Citizen Shipper.

I was new to this type of service. I needed to ship boxes from Texas to California. From th beginning Jennifer was there to help me and answered all my questions. When I picked the wrong bid and paid the fee before I realized my mistake, Jennifer was right there to fix my error. Since I am not very computer smart, it was nice to find a patient and professional person such as Jennifer. I am happy to say my boxes are on the way. I have had a great expiriance on your site.
