CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

Citizenshipper was a site I had no prior knowledge of. Before using it I began doing research on the site, the model, and how it works and everything checked out so I decided to give it a try. It was by far the best decision I could’ve made! Citizenshipper saved me a ton of money on shipping my pet! I immediately got ton of offers and because I received so many I was able to negotiate with my drivers to get the best deal. CitizenShipper connected me with people who were very professional, very responsive, and were able to be held accountable. Before CitizenShipper I had contacted American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and a pet ground transporting agency, and none of them gave me the adaptability and professionalism I got with CitizenShipper. Plus I ended up saving a ton of money! I trusted a CitizenShipper with my pet, and I was not let down!

The driver was awesome... stayed in contact with us the entire trip... we definitely recommend this driver and service!!

Had a great experience with Tobey. He was very clear and concise with communicating updates and time estimates. Very thankful for citizenshipper and their drivers. If you’re looking for safe and reliable pet transport, Tobey is your man!

As a first timer user, I was pretty nervous to use. After such a great experience with our driver and knowing what certifications to look for, I will definitely recommend and use CitizenShipper again,

The couple was extremely kind and nice! Our bulldog was in good health and got there safely! The only thing I wish was that there was better communication! I had to text to get any updates or pictures. If they could just follow through with the every 3-4 hours like they promised then I would have been worry free! But again, our dog was safe.

I occasionally need to ship live animals so a trustworthy shipper is of the utmost importance to me. I have used Citizen Shipper to book several shipments. Each time that I have placed an advertisement with them, I have started to get bids almost immediately. The price quotes that I have gotten have been very fair and the service has been great. I have previously used UShip and had a negative experience, so I am very happy to have found citizen shipper. Each of the shippers that I have used through citizen shippers have treated my animals like family and have stayed in close communication with me throughout shipment. I will definitely use Citizen shipper again and would recommend them to anyone!

I would recommend using citizenshipper if you have an animal that needs transporting. We had gone thru this webpage and booked a transport company that was not a 5 star and did not receive our 65 lb English Bulldog. Citizenshipper helped us book a new transport company named Liberty’s Transport and they went above and beyond getting our baby to us. She came from Missouri and we live in Texas. They worked with me and said if there was a booking difference that they would adjust the price and credit our account if need be. They promised and did everything exactly as they said. I would recommend Citizenshipper!!

We had never used a pet transporter before, but using CitizenShipper was very easy. We stated where we wanted our new dog picked up and where he would be delivered and then we received numerous quotes from different companies. We made our choice and the company we chose was wonderful to work with. We would definitely use CitizenShipper again and highly recommend them!
