CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I would like to start by saying that I got this puppy from my best friend and this lady who i scheduled to pick him up from North Carolina to buffalo NY to bring him to me was a very great nice young lady she is very very well managed well prepared and organized everything from citizenshipper was great but some drivers that are scheduled are very ungrateful for what they have, I’m so happy that citizenshipper has granted me the opportunity to get my dog in time thank u so much

Allbee was the best! They were the most sweetest and honest people! Loved on our baby girl till we got her. Kept us all up to date with pictures and all! Thank you so much! So happy things didn’t work out on my last transporter. We will definitely be spreading the word! She happen to be the only one being transported which we were happy about.

Ive used twice and i have had good experiences both time, highly recommend and will use again if need be

I don't like getting quotes by phone calls. I like to get quotes online, without talking to anyone, without waiting for several days. CitizenShipper was perfect for me because I received so many quotes via texts and Emails right after I submitted my shipment. I was able to choose who I do business with, and I was able to communicate with the shipper via CitizenShipper inbox ,then text messages after I paid the service fee. (Service fee is also listed in FAQ) It is important for me that everything was done without phone calls, and CitizenShipper provided exactly that. Our dog shipment was a bit complicated, but the shipper I chose (RCH transport) did the splendid job.

I had to go through two different drivers to get my puppy delivered the first driver was very disrespectful and insulted me on the website and the second driver very very polite I what definitely recommend their service

Outstanding customer service. Replied quickly and thoroughly about my concerns

I was looking to ship two cats from Tampa to Maine and came across CitizenShipper. Within minutes of entering my info, I received at least ten bids. I had a technical issue at one point and emailed a request and my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was easy and smooth. I'll definitely go through this company again.

Excellent service was able to find an outstanding Pet transport to move my German Shepherd from Orlando Florida to Martinsburg West Virginia. MR. Ronnie from per jet was superb and kept me informed throughout the entire process from pick up to delivery.
