If you’re hesitant, hopefully my review can help you! You use CitizenShipper to find a transporter, once you fill out all your info you will get bid’s from different transporters and you choose one based off of reviews and price. Once you choose one, you can chat with them on messenger and decide if it’s a match! If so, you click on book and you get an invoice for $75 CitizenShipper fee and the bid price for the transporter you hired. However you only pay $75 for fee and pay the transporter day off delivery. After You pay the fee, you’re transporter is booked with all the general info you entered at the beginning, about your transport needs. You then talk with your transporter and stay in touch before, after and during! And you pay them at the door the balance remaining.

This man is incredible. He is so kind and patient. He treats your baby as if it's his own. He moved a 9 wk old puppy 2,000 miles for me and was always in contact with pictures and phone. I would never hesitate to give him my animal to move anywhere. It's hard in today's world to find such a wonderful person. If I could give him more than 5 stars he would get a ten. Thank you Jim for all your help and your love for my baby.

I love working with Citizenshipper! I meet people from all over and get the chance to deliver their new and sometimes already well- loved animals to them. The only thing that I would say to keep in mind as a consumer looking for pet transport, would be that CS has their own fee separate from what your bid is. That and not always is the lowest bid the best. Sometimes, it's okay, just read the reviews of the shipper. I know as a legitimate Pet Transport small business owner, it makes ALL the difference in the world how these precious animals are treated during their journey.

This site was so quick and efficient. I put out a request and with in a day I had 5 quotes for transporting my puppy from Oklahoma to Pa. They had a wide variety of options of transporters that worked with the dates I needed.

Shipped a new puppy about 8 hours. Had previously had a puppy flown to a nearby airport. This is much easier, cheaper, and way better for the animal. Will definitely use CitizenShipper again if needed.

I have never used an online service, before now. I would have to say, this is a great thing. I will be using it again, if I ever need to without thinking twice!!!
