This app has been absolutely great
This app has been absolutely great! I posted needing help with my dog and less than 10 minutes. There were so many offers and bids from different companies that transported pets. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. I connected with Antonio (Pals for Paws). He was able to make sure that my dog arrived in Arizona safe and sound. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that I know with pets, especially military pet owners.

Get service - be aware of their service fee
This is a great service; I had 10 bids within 10 minutes of posting on the site. Be aware there is a service fee attached to the actual transport cost. On the $1000 service, I was charged another $400.
Response from CitizenShipperMar 11, 2025
Kris, Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you found the service helpful and received multiple bids so quickly. We strive to be transparent about our booking fee, which helps maintain the platform, provide 24/7 customer support, and ensure a safe and reliable experience for both shippers and drivers. The fee is displayed at checkout before confirming a booking, as well as in several areas throughout the site, so customers can easily understand the total cost. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]

Citizenshipper charges an outrageous fee for using them. When I was looking around I saw that the company didn’t cover the lost animals so be very careful. But I can say my kitty got to me because I picked out a very nice person and he was nice enough to bring her to me on a timely manner.

Citizen shipper is a great platform for finding pet transport. Finding smaller businesses that have a more personal approach was key to us finding the perfect transporter, JGP Transportation. Great experience all around.
