CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

I was really impressed by how easy it was to find a pet transporter on CitizenShipper. The platform is user-friendly, and I received multiple bids shortly after posting my request. I appreciated being able to compare each transporter’s profile, reviews, and pricing all in one place. The messaging system made communication simple, and I felt confident choosing someone who was experienced and well-reviewed. The whole process felt smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using CitizenShipper again for future transports!

Great experience!

I unexpectedly stumbled upon this service when trying to figure out how to transport our golden doodle to NYC when it became apparent that the airlines weren't able to accommodate us. Great service with vetted personnel that are compassionate and really care about your pet.

I would give them less if I could as a review. I originally used them for 2 pets and it was perfect. I then tried to use them to bring a set of handbells and a table to NJ from Florida. The first driver ghosted me only to return and say she would give my deposit back if I have her another 50 dollars. Yeah no. The second driver was fired by the company. When I emailed the company, for a refund and resolution I was told that they do not so refunds for cancelled trip when though that is explicitly states in their policy. They told me to hire someone else. And refunded the booking fee so I could. I am now owed $480, frustrated and waiting to see if this third driver actual does what he will. There is no phone number to speak with them. When I asked to escalate it the supervisor just repeated what the first person said. They obviously do not care about their customer, honestly or integrity.

I just finished giving my driver a great review,so I guess I should also show my opinion in this paragraph. I was really impressed with TrustPilot. My living situation had changed suddenly, and I needed help transporting my pet. I couldn’t believe such service existed. Very helpful indeed

The transporters responded were genuine and I could find one suitable to ship my pet safely.
