My driver went out of his way to make this work... and it was not easy... this was for a 7 month old Irish Setter, that was coming from Canada. The Breeder was bringing it across the border. well, on of the six documents was not correct. So no crossing. We arranged for the puppy to be picked up next trip. The following month, the paperwork was not even checked at the border.... go figure. He made a huge round trip. I got daily updates and several pictures each day. My driver even picked up specific food for the pup and I agreed to pay for when he got here. It was seamless. Dog was clean and happy when I met them at the interstate.... I was not going to make a driver come into the backwoods of West Virginia at night.... I know these roads... It helped him to continue on his route

The service is very affordable after being quoted thousands of dollars, Tina was able to help me for just under $1000. I didn't spend any more than $1500 dollars for this service and that was definitely a blessing. I'm very thankful.

The shipper was very professional and did a great job handling our exotic pets! Overall the experience including insurance for pet safety, respect for privacy 1 star though because the website keeps hounding you to write reviews and offers discounts and money but then uses horrible requirements like if you capitalize a title of email wrong. Feels scummy in general. But the service was great!
