Hi Sean, I'm so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a driver from our platform. As you probably know they are independent contractors and while we try to hold them to a high standard of professionalism, they are a business unto themselves and their policies are not always based on our own. If you have contacted support with documentation of your experience, I am sure they are looking into the matter and I can assure you that we have banned some drivers from our platform based on legitimate reasons. Our customer support agents perform due diligence to ensure a fair application of our rules and our vetting system, while robust, is a system that can, unfortunately, be hacked by unscrupulous individuals, although our engineering team works tirelessly to ensure privacy.

My dog was delivered expeditiously and…
My dog was delivered expeditiously and arrived happy and calm. I was worried because she is a 13 and 1/2 year old golden retriever. I was afraid the stress would be a bit much for her, but to my delight she seemed to enjoy the travel. She was transported nearly across the country so I am very pleased with the outcome.

Amazing services to use
I've never done anything like this before and I get very anxious about my dog. This was such a pleasant, easy, phenomenal service to use for pet transportation.

Hidden fee’s
Got quoted by shipper, work out the pick up dates then I get hit with another $180 hidden charge. Will never use this site or recommend to anyone.
