Highly recommend this service. My dog was refused transport at the airport after a month of preparation and approvals. I used this service and found Jerry Morales who picked my dog up the next morning to take him from TX to AZ to my daughters house so I wouldn’t miss my rescheduled international flight. All went perfectly and my dog arrived happy and healthy. I highly recommend this service

My original shipper had to cancel because of covid so I had to find a new one, I asked the website's customer service for assistance and got no response, I figured out a solution on my own. The shipper I eventually used, Radik, was great,

HI Liz, I'm so sorry customer support wasn't able to resolve this in a timely manner. Would you be so kind as to send me an email at [email protected] with the email you used for your account on the platform? I'd like to check into this and see what happened behind the scenes, as it were. We strive to make every experience delightful and it appears we missed the mark on this one, my apologies and thank you for the opportunity to make our platform and our service better.

Found an excellent hauler on here but the fee to citizens was a bit excessive
Response from CitizenShipperJan 11, 2022
Hi Sharon, I'm sorry to hear that you feel the fee was higher than it should have been. We like to make shipping affordable but to provide the best drivers and their reviews, profiles, verifications and communication platform, we have to keep the lights on. I appreciate your feedback and will take it to our financial department for discussion. We are always trying to make the platform better for our valued customers, so thank you for the opportunity to improve.

Extremely happy with the driver

Great platform to reach multiple drivers around the world. If possible maybe an app can be created to make the process smoother and also maybe doing a membership with a one time yearly fee. The percentage factored by the charge the driver has is a bit large. Just a thought, other than that very useful platform. Oh

Hi Leslie, thanks for the great feedback. We take every opportunity to provide a better experience by listening to our customers. I do want to point out that we have not dominated globally; currently we can transport within the continental US but it's lovely to know we could some international interest! I will definitely take your ideas to our team, also, the fee charged is a smaller percentage the higher the fee to the driver. We keep things affordable by scaling. So happy someone told me about Citizen Shipper ! They are so easy to deal with and everything went very smoothly. My cat was picked up by Christine Lewis TLC promptly as planned. And I could see she was an animal lover from the start. He was delivered to my cousin safely and happy, not at all stressed out as cats sometimes get. So thank you Citizen Shipper for having such a great representative for your service. Kudos to you all and Christine !!
