would not refund my money after a…
would not refund my money after a driver couldn't make a pickup. gave me a 1 day window and when it didn't work would not schedule any other day. customer service reps were horrible to deal with.

My table and type arrived safe and sound. Eduardo was very professional and cordial. Two issues were, 1) I did not realize the shipper fee was in addition to the bid, and 2) it took a bit longer than I anticipated. Since this was the first time I used Citizenshipper, now I know how it works. I would hire Eduardo again anytime. Thanks!

How can anyone even consider using this…
How can anyone even consider using this site to ship their pets, completely insane. A total ripoff hidden fees a complete scam, the positive reviews are fake written by themselves to boost ratings up as the BBB in Texas is overwhelmed with complaints from these people.

Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew through CitizenShipper
Citizen Shipper is the aervic to use for sending your dogs around USA. I found the Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew there. Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew did an excellent job with delivering our two dogs safely over 1,000 miles from Californiato New Mexico. They have excellent customer service. They communicate with you every step of the way and give you updated ETAs along the way. This includes any road conditions that may impact travel. They put your dogs and their employees health and safety first. They take them on potty breaks every few hours, feed then, give them water, bring them inside hotels so they are comfortable and safe, and they love your dogs like your own. I am do grateful that my dogs were with good people who care for them. Also, they got to their destination on time, in fact 15 minutes early. The price was affordable for the citizenshipper service and for the zoom zoom zoo crew transport fee.Thanks. I am looking forward to continuing to do business with you in future.
