This site is getting over saturated as to where you can't make any money anymore. You would think you would want higher bide for higher fees paid to you.I might have to close my account

I had a positive experience with Citizen Shipper. The interface was easy to use and understand, I received multiple quotes to move my boat, ended up with a great price and a great transporter. I would recommend it.

My experience with Citizen Shipper was excellent. They provided many shippers to choose from. I needed a 2 pound chihuahua puppy picked up in Virginia and transported to New Hampshire. The Transporter I choose ( Kellies Furiends) was awesome with communication and took excellent care of my puppy. She arrived in excellent condition. CitizenShipper made it super easy. Would highly recommend their site and would use them again.Thanks CitizenShipper.com.

This service is very easy to work with. Would recommend it! Wish they had a method of paying their transporter via the website not just the service fee. Also I was surprised by their service fee - I probably missed it when I first sign up but would be nice to display this on the bids page maybe.

I had a good experience.

I picked a driver to transport our 3-month-old puppy. He had excellent reviews. Well, he allowed his "daughter", Dawn, to transport our puppy. To be brief, she never would say exactly where she was, just what state she was in. She was supposed to go from Utah to AL. She went from Utah to CA then AZ then Kansas then Louisiana... it took 6days to get the puppy to us and it should have taken 3. He would have run out of food after 3 days yet she still had food left in the bag! He was emaciated and smelled like feces. She smelled like meth. Also, for 2 hrs, she said she was 5 minutes away and about to get off at the exit. I finally asked her to tell me exactly where she was. She was 1.5 hrs away! We had to tell her to stay put and we would go to her. Then, our puppy was walking around a gas station parking lot without a leash. The ad specifically said they had a collar and leash for the dogs they transport. So the drivers may be vetted through this service (supposedly they do a background check) but when that driver passes the job to someone else, citizenshipper has no control and there's no telling who you will end up with. Disastrous.
